We are a Residential Care Home providing 24 hour full time care for 28 elderly vulnerable adults.
Care Inspectorate E Learning, Duty of Candour.
100% of Senior Staff have completed this training.
95% of Care Staff completed this training. Due to staff turnover, training is ongoing.
New staff to complete at Induction process.
We have had one Duty of Candour Incident last year.
This was dealt with quickly and efficiently and all staff underwent training relating to the incident to ensure nothing like this happens again.
