Thank you for looking after dad. Throughout his stay you made the effort to get to know him. Despite his many challenges he was always treated with warmth, care, compassion, humour and respect. He loved having a bit of banter and this was often evident during our visits. St Marys provided dad with care that was first class, we felt safe in the knowledge that he was in a secure, happy and homely environment. The whole team at St Mary's Care Home contributed to achieving this outcome. It is with great sadness that his illness has now changed his care needs. We will be forever grateful for the time he spent at St Marys allowing dad to receive and ourselves to experience how care should be given. We thank you for looking after dad and wish everyone well given the difficult few years care home workers have endured.

Myself and my brothers Stephen and Derek want to express a massive THANK YOU to all of the amazing staff at St Marys for the one and a half years you cared and lovingly looked after our mother. You gave her a great quality of life and made her last chapter of life as enjoyable and comfortable as it possibly could be considering the nature of mum's illness. You and your team are not only caring and committed, you are all very professional and fully understanding of the needs and requirements of our mother. In addition, you have always welcomed myself, my brothers and other guests which I know must have been difficult bearing in mind the prohibitive restrictions you had to work under.
